Administrative Law
We provide representation in recourses against the government or other public bodies before the Administrative Court, the Court of Appeal, the Supreme Constitutional Court and other tribunals. We also provide legal advice on administrative law matters. The cases we handle involve primarily administrative fines, human rights and immigration matters. Nonetheless, upon request and following a thorough evaluation of a case, we shall also provide assistance on other matters falling within the spectrum of administrative law.
Media & Sports Law
We provide legal advice, guidance and support on matters falling within the spectrum of media & sports law such as data protection and privacy, image rights, defamation, sponsorship agreements, advertisement, contractual issues.
