Chara Palekythriti attended the Competition Forum on Competition Policy as a panelist, discussing key issues in competition law in the sports sector.
The founder of our law office, Chara Palekythriti, recently attended the Competition Forum on Competition Policy (CFCP). The Forum took place on 21 November at the Hilton Nicosia and was held with great success.
Chara participated as a panelist in the session Competition Law in the Sports Sector, alongside distinguished professionals from the field. The discussion covered several important and timely issues, including the latest developments surrounding the Super League, matters relating to player transfers, and emerging state aid concerns within the sports industry.

The CFCP is an independent platform for dialogue on competition policy, regulation, and enforcement. It brings together law, economics, and practical experience through conferences, roundtables, and publications, fostering critical thinking and evidence-based policy reform. We look forward to CFCP 2026.
