This article provides a short overview of the recent decision of the International Protection Administrative Court in the recourse no. 837/23 in which the applicant, an unaccompanied minor, was granted subsidiary protection. The lead lawyer of our law office has successfully represented the applicant through the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of the Children.

In the recent decision of the International Protection Administrative Court in the recourse no. 837/23, M.A., unaccompanied minor through the Commissioner for the Protection of the Rights of the Children, dated 24.01.2025, the Court accepted the claim of the applicant that his father and sister were murdered and that his mother is not in his country of origin. The Court, considering the personal circumstances of the applicant, has granted him subsidiary protection due to the incriminated violence that happens in his country of origin.
